How are bulk gas deliveries managed?

BOC manages bulk gas deliveries with precision and reliability, ensuring customers have uninterrupted access to their required gases. BOC begins by working closely with customers to assess their specific gas supply needs and installs on-site storage systems, such as cryogenic tanks or pressurised vessels, tailored to their requirements. Advanced telemetry systems are integrated into these storage tanks, enabling real-time monitoring of gas levels and automated scheduling of refills. This proactive approach ensures timely deliveries without the need for customer intervention, guaranteeing continuous supply for critical operations.

Deliveries are managed using BOC’s fleet of specialised cryogenic tankers and pressurised gas transport vehicles, operated by skilled professionals trained in handling gases safely and efficiently. The delivery process adheres to strict safety protocols, including compliance with Australian standards for dangerous goods. BOC also provides ongoing support, including regular maintenance of storage equipment, 24/7 customer service, and optimisation of delivery schedules based on usage data. With this end-to-end service, BOC ensures a seamless, dependable gas supply that empowers businesses to operate without disruption.

How easy is it to switch to BOC from another bulk gas supplier?

While it’s true that the transition from one supplier to another takes a little planning, BOC makes the switch as easy as possible – from road mapping your future needs to ensure you have the right vessels and infrastructure in place to align with your growth plans, to the necessary technical support to help with the disconnection and switch over.
