Raphael joined Linde Region South Pacific in 2026 from Linde’s North Latin America team, where he served as Vice President of Finance, Procurement & IT. During his 15 years with the business, he has held senior finance and leadership roles across Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico, including Regional Controller for the Hispanic countries.

Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in Auditing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as an MBA in Finance and Accounting from COPPEAD Graduate School of Business – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

He brings extensive international experience and a strong track record of supporting profitable growth.
