Nitrous oxide:
Nitrous Oxide is commonly used as an anaesthetic in dental practices and is a schedule 4 controlled substance, meaning that a valid registration is required to purchase it. For your first purchase, you will need to contact us so that we can confirm your registration details. Once BOC has confirmed the validity of your registration, you will be able to order nitrous oxide online. When your license is approaching expiry, BOC will proactively check that your licence has been renewed to ensure you are able to get the products you need for your practice.
Nitrous oxide blenders:
Nitrous oxide is mixed with oxygen when supplied to a patient as a dental anaesthetic using a gas blender.
